How did you get your nick? I worked a job once, where my initials were used to assign projects to me… DD, over time, was abbreviated to D[sup]2[/sup]. The nickname stuck, and when I tried to register deesquared with Yahoo back in the day, it was already taken… so deeskwared became my email addy. When I started spinning trance towards the end of the 90’s, and ppl asked what my dj name was… it seemed the logical extension.

What inspired you to start DJing? I loved trance. I was at a party at some friends’ house, rolling my ass off… and they had acquired some guy’s turntables and mixer, in payment for a drug debt gone bad… I tried it, and Sucked! I kept at it until I was good enough to get paid to do it in a club, albeit part-time. It was working club dates that really honed the skills…

How did you get your nick? Started as MuZoid back in the early 90's given to me by my GF at the time. As time progressed I was referred to as just MuZ from my Internet friends. During many channel wars on IRC and people stealing my nick I added the Cyber & Original to it to differentiate myself from the copycats. New nick of E-one was given to me from a dear net friend.
